GREAT Interview, good luck Rutgers.

Now Rutgers AD do the right thing and get these guys fully funded, it is ridiculous a D1 school in NJ is not.

He makes a good point, now with the NCAA selection process being what it is. The schedule will recruit just as many kids as the studs they put out. You can be a stud wrestling a terrible schedule and never make NCAA's.

Great interview.

Rutgers is a sleeping giant. In the middle of a state that produces great wrestlers. Seems like a great staff. If they keep just a fraction of the state talent to stay home, they should be a force in the future. Good luck.

This website is pretty cool. You can find the record and scores of any wrestler in college or high school. Even have most pins, TF's, etc.... http://www.nwcaonline.com/nwcaonline/results/ColScorebook/WrestlerInfo.aspx?ID=29941

Even with James Gandolfini going to Rutgers and they mention Goodfellas over The Sopranos? haha just kidding.. Glad to see a Jersey team doing well.. I saw somewhere that Winston's record is 32-6 right now, that's a lot of matches. Here it is : http://www.nwcaonline.com/nwcaonline/results/ColScorebook/WrestlerInfo.aspx?ID=29941

Scott Goodale tells Flowrestling where his team is at for their given expectations. Right now there are two guys on the Rutgers wrestling that believe they can be National Champs. It is about making it so that he has a full team of athletes who are striving for the highest at this level. Furthermore Head Coach Scott Goodale gives a breakdown of the dynamics between him and his staff and most notably John Leonardis. Coach Goodale doesnt want to surround himself with "Yes" men but rather people who are going to Challenge him.
