TJ X-you don't always have to have perfect form to get something out of a lift. they are still burning their muscles and going to the point of maximum fatigue, sometimes you have to do that when you wrestle....

HORRIBLE TECHNIQUE!!! Now if they go down ALL THE WAY, PAUSE, then up, they will both do a combined total of about 5. HORRIBLE TECHNIQUE!!!
