so now i understand the difference between solid wrestlers and the champion wrestlers; they never give up anything, you work your butt off for the points you get [if any], and they have a drive to not lose. plain and simple they just outwork each and every competitor, and that comes from working hard in practice and developing a strong mental attitude. yeah conditioning, experience, and all of that play effect, but after conditioning, it is the intangibles that come into play.
