That is true in alot of sports, The longer u build your endurance the better performance you can give whether it be 1 min or 10. I agree! Good advice.

Great insight from Cooperman........this is a huge problem with many wrestlers...the mental part of it.

To John Smith you sound gay coop dont go that way.Next Ware Gallick and Coop were friends off the mat and had mutualrespect for each other and their matchescouldhave gone either way so those 2 arent posting against coop.As for Nickerson Coop works with him and his mistakes from weight cutting can only help Troy if he listens. He needs to go up in weight and keep his old man out of it.

this kid majored, ryan lang, frishkorn 3,3,7 and i dont think he ever made the semis mental is a whole lot if you believe you can achieve long and lanky wins nationals as much as turbines

he should have red shirted and won nationals last year he was sick i wrestled him he knows more technique them most wrestlers even have in their pinky. He had better funk than askern but not the confidence

Hey TeWare, do you remember Cooperman getting his 3 AA's...of course you do hahaha, get off his jock strap and let the kid breathe for a second, you are up at 5:43AM talking about him not making weight at nationals in what...2001?, TeWare, get your head out of his jock strap and take a breath of fresh air...it's 2008, get off his jock strap, he's had three more seasons after not making weight, give him back his underwear!!!!
