Baseball Tie To Ankle Pick

Corey Cooperman gives a different look for a two on one. He has a different grip that he uses which is like holding a baseball bat. From that grip he pulls guys arm down and sets up an ankle pick from that set up. It is all about the pressure. Your pressure alone without even going after the ankle could be enough to send your opponent off balance if you have the right positioning.

In college Cory wrestled at Lehigh where he was a 3x All American. Currently he is coaching at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, after coaching at Cornell the past three years.
