Defense To Front Headlock To Leg Attack

Cooperman goes through getting out of a front headlock. In getting out it is imperative that your neck doesnt get out to the side where you can get chin whipped. While getting out Cooperman moves right into a baseball grip where he sets up an ankle pick type shot.

In college Cory wrestled at Lehigh where he was a 3x All American. Currently he is coaching at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, after coaching at Cornell the past three years.
