Synchronized swimming as a training piece. Would have never considered....And was Branch sipping a martini while while doing the floatilla on his innertube in the pool? Great work out!

Wow!!! Unbelievable workouts. Very Clever variety. We would have had less injuries in our day with this stuff and 9 minutes would have been a piece of cake. Go Mark and the Cowboys

Tough training. A few observations:

Martinez must be part Kenyan the way he runs the mountains.
Lots of crackers in Wyoming.
Ben V.'s bald spot is growing.
All kidding aside this is a team on the rise.

Awesome video. THis training looks sweet. I love the races up the rocks and hill. Beautiful terrain. Might not look so cool when you have to trek up it though. It seems like these guys are working hard and having fun at the same time. Golf cart races rule.

Arizona State has oppressive heat, but Wyoming has harder terrain, thinner air and golf cart races. :) It's great how they use their surroundings in a creative way to make training more fun and less of a grind.

That was a sweet video. Mark Branch has a certain effect on people. Up and coming is often overused....it is accurate for Wyoming though.
