yes this was a camp before Body Bar. It is mostly girls in high school and under only a few are over 17 and some of the resident athletes were practicing. They should do a video of just the residents practice. This practice was mostly warming up and doing sprints and agility cause there was competition the next day. Flo wrestling needs to come back and tape a real practice.
