i hope that is a compliment to all three coaches. As a young wrestler I had the pleasure of being coached by Ernie, and he is the best!! It is not only his knowledge, but his ability to get kids to buy into his system. He is very calm and reserved, but gives kids the hidden tool confidence. His room is the best athletic atmosphere I have ever been in. He demands respect for his program, and recieves tons of results. Business aside,, many have tried to duplicate, but the proof is in the results. His list of successful wrestlers from nj is un believeable. Nj wresltlings jump to national spotlight started with the edge. it was started in his basement, and has evolved to the entire US. There will be an olympic medalist for the US soon, that was an edge wrestler. Godd luck to all and go NJ!!!

Three guys go to heaven and plead their case to God. First guy says, "I'm Damion Logan, I've won 3 state titles two time AA and have the best facilities in the country. I should get in." Second guy says, "I'm Scott Goodale, i've been the coach of the year twice and I'm bringing Rutgers Wrestling to a respectable level. I should get in." Third guy says, "I'm Ernie Monaco, and you're in my seat!"
