I wrestled for Edge and now my son is an Edge wrestler. Not to disrespect any other coach out there, but Ernie has a system, a system a wrestle can believe in. When Ernie pushes a wrestler to that next level and doesn't stop elevating, there is a true talent there. Where else can you walk into a room of NCAA All- Americans(Dave Esposito, Glenn Pritzlaff, Greg Francesca) and get a workout at the youth and HS level There is a special trust ever wrestle must have with Ernie and trust his direction, if that can be accomplished, we will have alot more champions at all levels.

Classic Ernie   December 16, 2007 at 1:30pm
at 2:08 into the video when Ernie mentions Valenti wrestling Dubuque you can see a classic ernie look. You can tell by his facial expression and body language how excited he is about what he does. Almost saying two guys, both 2 x ncaa champs meeting in HS. Unbelievable!

Three guys go to heaven and plead their case to God. First guy says, "I'm Damion Logan, I've won 3 state titles two time AA and have the best facilities in the country. I should get in." Second guy says, I'm Scott Goodale, i've been the coach of the year twice and I'm bringing Rutgers Wrestling to a respectable level. I should get in." Third guy says, "I'm Ernie Monaco, and you're in my seat!"
