it seems like these olympic coaches talk about the mind and the heart, or how hard these guys are working. what they should be working on is getting the skills to be able to take down a russian. this is not a 7 minute college match we are talking about.

Wow, a very inspiring interview. I wish I would have seen this earlier today when I decided I didn't feel like running this evening even though I told myself I would this morning. I think I'm going to watch this every morning. Please get him(Tom too) in front of the camera whenever you can. Great stuff.

Kids set their sights too low, most kids just want to win a state championship...that's sad

These guys are the epitomy of the sport. Great people! Don't let anyone tell you otherwise! I grew up knowing them, 45 minutes away! Truly some of the best of the best!

I can't help but watch this interview at least once a day. It's definitely my favorite flocast to date. Just the mindset and expectation he has, holding himself to such a high standard. I agree that it's very refreshing knowing that we have this type of leaderhip leading out world team. Favorite quote "My olympic medal is bronze and that's the wrong color where I come from." I always imagined the Brands brothers as being really intense, not caring about much outside of winning in wrestling. These flocasts give a lot of insight to what kind of person he is on the inside, which I personally love. I'd definitely like to see more of this type of interview with Terry.
