#13	Colorado September 17, 2007 at 6:00pm We worked out at the "Cog" or better known as "The incline" in C. Springs. It is much, much more difficult than it appears. Just running up the mountain under an 45 minutes is unbelievable. If you ever are in CO you should set aside a couple of hours and run it in Manitou (C. Springs). These guys were pushing it, this is far beyond stair workouts. reply

Last Workout at the Springs

The team ends its training camp with another workout at the Cog. Instead of doing sprints going up and down the mountain the team is just doing sprints straight up the mountain. 6 sprints with a 30 second rest in between each. After the sixth sprint we can see who traveled the most up the mountain.

At a very young age he was wrestling hundreds of matches a year. He went on to win 2 Ohio State championships for St. Eds. He placed second his sophomore year, losing to Joe Heskett from Walsh Jesuit. Andy went on to college and was a 3x All American for University of Michigan. However Andy's true calling is on the freestyle circuit. Last year he suprised the country by making the world team. Andy finished second for the world team in 2007. Look for Andy to be contending for a world title in 2008.
