To add what I said before, the Philly area is only a 2 hour drive from New York City. I'm partial because I've lived in south jersey my whole life. It's called the Garden State for a reason, there's fresh produce all over the place. In the summer I eat sweet Jersey corn about 5 days a week. It's grown less than a mile down the street from me and it's very good stuff.

To Flo guys,
If you got a place in Philly or in South Jersey not far over the bridges, then you could hang out at the beach in the summer and enjoy the Philly life year round. The 2011 NCAA Nationals are in Philly, so you wouldn't have to travel. Atlantic City/New Jersey States are only an hour drive from Philly, the beaches are the same. And you would be in driving distance of NJ/PA and OH which I think everyone will agree, they are the best wrestling states in the country. Oh yeah, Beast of the East is less than a hour from Philly too. UPenn, Rider, Rutgers, etc. The Flo guys should think about moving to where the action is with great wrestling, Philly, Atlantic City, the beach, etc.

You guys should seriously invest in a yard....get some curb appeal, sell the hq and move to a nice apartment in Ohio or PA....

Also.. how many people live in the hq?

I thought both of ya were gonna take injury time for "injuring" your lungs.
