Lynch may be over rated but theyre still a great team with great goals...honestly though living so close to dallas i have been able to see the cockyness this team has.

no offense to bishop lynch but you can have all the greatest coaches in the room...but ultimately its up to the kids...once they get the kids in it then look out...coaching only goes so far

we saw what happened when DBL came up to Illinois for the Dvorak Tournament. The Texas team with olympian coaches couldn't hang with the Illini boys.

hype...more hype...never live up to expectations...national champs...NOT

I know there have been some interest in why we were unable to attend the Florida and Virginia duals. (The Ironman and Dvorak was a huge test to our team...6th in both) Though, injuries, grades, and a not so deep line up to make the trip worth the travel: Indeed a tough call not attend such great meets. We really needed the break from so much travel. (NC, OK 2x, OH, IL)....great match ups, but our grades and some small injuries could cost us if we did not slow down. Being in Texas, and the schedule put forth on the team, is a tough haul. I believe by the mid/end of January we will be at full stream again. (Dak Adamson's injury was HUGE...he is 1st Class wrestler and will be greatly missed on the mat) So, I hope this clears some thoughts into why our team was not there.

The Bishop Lynch team is as tough as they come.

*Please coach Tim Mathews, come to the Super 8 duals at Lakewood St Edward, the week after Ironman!

"and if you had the money to hire top notch coaches for your son, wouldn't you do the same?".....
No, I'd take him to Wasatch, Sandpoint, Lake Stevens...to a coach who creates success without having to recruit. What would those home-grown programs do with recruits like these?
