MMA is borderline WWE? Are you nuts? Its all real contact. Taking different martial arts forms and putting them together in one sport and one arena. If you think its anything like WWE go to the nearest BJJ gym or gym with MMA and train with these guys. Oh and don't say its not pure just because its not wrestling. That would be ignorant.

Keep the MMA coverage coming! It is a great sport, with it's share of bad apples, but that shouldn't tarnish what the sport is in it's purity. Wrestling is a key base to successful MMA, and it deserves continues coverage on this site.

Ill concede and agree on the FOLLOWING of wreslters in the MMA, just not all the weigh-ins and hype stuff for publicity... just not my style. :)

I think its great the FLO has incorporated MMA. Actually what i like about it is that they are focusing in wrestlers in mma. I dont think that i would like to see this site transform into an MMA site, but I do love that they are following wrestlers into their mma career

I have no problem with wrestlers doing MMA, and in making money in it, etc. etc., and if they have the need to prove themselves or make the money, then I encourage it. I was just saying that I hope Flowrestling keeps their site for pure wrestling, which is its strength. if you want MMA on here, simple solution is to have FloMMA.com and make it your homepage.

And for wrestlers needing a way to make a living after wrestling, I got one way for you: A Career. If they are good enough for pro MMA, then they probably already received a free college education in D1. If they didnt capitalize on learning the skills then to live their life now, and did well in school, thats their decision and their fault. Wrestling got them a free education, and they should have used that education to make a better life and income. They knew before college that they couldn't wrestler forever. MMA is not their only option. Thats like saying dealing drugs is the only option to make a living for a kid in the ghetto. Get real. Love wrestling, like MMA, but please keep the sites separate and without the sellout promotional crap that is the antithesis of what true wrestling is about. :)

I think that this site will always follow great wrestlers in their pursuit of excellence where ever that may be, Even if it is outside the sport.

I think it's awesome that Flow is showing some of the MMA stuff. Wrestling is wrestling. I love the fact that USA wrestling is now getting the submission grappling going as well. The more styles of our sport that we can get out there, the stronger wrestling becomes and it will insure its survival. And Freestyle, Greco and our brand of folkstyle can only get better. There is so much technique out there now and it makes all styles better. And it gives our athletes a way to make a decent living doing what they do best.

this site is for real wrestling not MMA. dont let this site go down the drain with this

I love that wrestlers are doing great in MMA, what a way to show the world how our sport can do for fighters

MMA is legit, in a world where wrestling in america doesnt pay mma is the best option for a lot of our great wrestlers. if you wanna call MMA terrible, then call askren terrible, dan henderson, randy couture, rish kosheck, matt hughes call all these national champions and legends of the sport loosers. MMA is a great addition to show the world how great wrestling is, considering how so many dont even know what the hell is going on in wrestling anymore.

you guys are morons, alot of college wrestlers can't wrestle forever. you can't chase that olympic dream forever man. yeah lets have these guys live in cars and chase the olympic dream for life and be broke to satisfy the twenty or so people that view this site. mma is another means to an end for a wrestler to stay competative and get paid really really well. you guys want amature wrestlers to just keep going and be broke the rest of there lives come on dudes get real. mma is here to stay, and its a beautiful game and alot of college wrestlers are doing it
