Dennis is such a great coach, i go to his camp in Stevens Point, Wisconsin every Sunday and Tuesday. He really is influential and is a hell of a wrestler and teacher. I'm pretty lucky to have him as a coach.

You don't have to pay to watch any matches on The Mat. Just register an account for free and then go to the Match of the Week link to find it.

I was at the trials that year watching, and that was one of the best matches I have ever watched. After the 3 minute overtime period the took the short break, and resumed with 5 minutes on the clock (I believe it was 5). As that 5 minutes was coming to an end I remember that everyone was cheering and trying to figure out what would happen next. The clock hit zero and nothing happened, Hall and Paulson kept wrestling and the clock went back to 5 mintues. The crowd cheered, and Hall and Paulson continued to pummel eachother until Hall got that takedown.

Watching him hug the cameraguy was the best part of his celebration because he just seemed so elated that he wanted to celebrate with any and everyone. It really was too bad that either of those great wrestlers had to lose that match.

On a side note, Hall did a speech at my high school about not drinking and driving. I remember it being very passionate, and I hope that he still does those speeches today.
