It is tough to define this move or any of Mike Eierman's moves for that matter. If you are in a tough position and are underneath your opponent you grab your opponents hand with two hands and then bait your opponent to spin around you at which time you protect the ankle that your opponents spins to and then grab the leg of your opponent and flop to your head....its better if you just watch it...classic Eierman.
