Now lets see day 2 and 3. When you felling the pain. And also remind her that the past 12 months of brutal training will have been for nothing if she does not get down to 112. Honestly, 6 pounds is nothing. She should not have much of a problem. I have seen 10-15 pound cuts. I never let myself get that far off as I was not a big fan of cutting weight.....LOL who is
