- See Less -Henry Cejudo is the youngest wrestler to ever have success on the senior level. At 20 years old he has made his first Senior World Team and has already won his second US Open Championship.
This relentless wrestler has been training with Terry Brands for a
couple of years now and seems to have a never ending fuel tank. His
ability to push the pace of a match will provide him with many
opportunities for success in Beijing. Kevin Jackson says that "Henry
is the future of Wrestling."
Mesenbrink is in pretty good shape for a guy that's not THAT young. Anybody know what his wrestling background is? He's an awesome hi-school coach.
Get outta here. Go make a couple of olympic teams, win some world medals, wrestle internationally as much as these guys do, be as good as they are, and then come back and say how their lifting is. Matter of fact, you should check out the Iowa lifting videos. Gotta be one of the worst lifting programs in the country right there, right? No real pedigree or anything behind it.
You don't have to agree with how they do it, but to say that your way is the ONLY right way and that their way has no basis is just plain ignorant...ironically enough.
these guys have no clue how to execute weightlifting technique or what is appropriate strength training for their sport. A very cursory bit of research confirms this. Their coach is a lazy ass.
WE BELIEVE
He is always giving 110 percent, that is inspiring to see.
