I like watching Lee Kemp giving some business to Aksren. Not too much "flooooowing" in that series.

What exactly has been revealed in these videos that any wrestling team preparing for the Olympics doesn't already know? It isnt like they are revealing specific strategies. Flow is only showing basic stuff. The cool part is we are getting a very small look at what these guys are going through. As a wrestling fan who looks up to many of these guys it is awesome for me to see their behind the scene work ethic. I love it...keep the videos coming Flow! You guys are doing awesome work for our sport.

Some good things in this one, namely the fact that even at this level Coach Kevin Jackson points out that they need to get into shape to really start to go over good technique.

I also agree. This is all well and dandy for the fans but is it really the best thing to do heading into the Olympics?

To ArtKellner----YOUR RIGHT THERE ISNT AWHOLE LOT YOU CAN TEACH THESE GUYS, BUT THE WRESTLERS CANT SEE THEIR OWN MISTAKES WHILE THEY WRESTLE...COACHES CAN. THEY ALSO HAVE MORE EXPERIENCE, THEY'VE ALREADY DONE IT (OLYMPIC MEDALISTS, WORLD MEDALISTS BESIDES DID YOU SEE THE COACHES...THE BEST. THE ONLY COACH THAT I THINK THEIR MISSING IS CAEL SANDERSON

Very cool to be able to watch that ... even though it's in the very early stages of training, it's great to watch world class guys out there rolling some rust off.

Where is Schabie? Back in Iowa? Sucks that Za couldn't go. He is one of America's best. Probably would have taken home a medal.
