Cejudo was awesome. His conditioning and mental toughness was obvious, as was his will and technique. His single is quick as hell and the guy is very confident. Way to represent!!! Can't wait for Schwab tonight.
All your work has paid off.
This weight class is tough. If Henry doesn't make mistakes he could win gold or medal.
You're ed. You'll never be half of the person that Henry is and you're just jealous. You don't even understand half of the work that Henry has put in so just shut your mouth before you say something even more unintelligent. And he definitely didn't cheat to beat Abas. So just grow up.
Henry all i know is that are going to do good.. train hard give it all u can.. the PEOPLE that dont like u can go to HELL because all they are showing is that thay wish that they can do what u can and i bet they want there sons to be like u but they cant because i guess your not good enough for them but.. all of the people who talk are the biggest hader's because u are young have alot of talent and best of all u are a LATIN AMERICAN and none of these people cant change that and either can u but u are pround to be there and so am i.. all these people can talk as much as they want because u are to GOLDEN CHAMP and u WILL BRING back the GOLD and best of all u will represent the US and all these people are going to be kissing ur feet.. wait! not ur feet ur ASS and all of them are going to eat up all there words.. i just wish u the best..
!TRAIN HARD! !BRING BACK THE GOLD!
Good Luck...
Henry won match 1 of 3 with agility and speed. Abas won match 2 of 3 because of experience and will. Henry won match 3 of 3 because he got momentum and Abas realized that he was losing before the match was over. Abas showed a lot of pain, but there are no excuses in wrestling. Abas showed up to win regardless of pain and fell short. Both are great wrestlers and their match was fun to watch. I think that Henry, who is representing our country, probably has a better sense of patriotism than those who push the "mexican bigotry". I guarantee that the ignorant posters only wish they could be in his league. Gold medals are given to those who earn it, not always to those we think deserve it.
You proved to us all that you deserve to be in the Olympics representing the USA.
Abas is an american and will root for Cejudo, so follow his lead and do the same.
Lets just say Stephan has some legal problems awaiting his return to Denver.
He is not a great role model, but one hell of a wrestler. I am very suprised by the negative reaction to Cejudo on here. Now that I can see the video, I think you all need to chill out.
Anyone who saw the match saw Abas was tired, no big deal, he stalled a little to catch his breadth, it happens to everyone. Calling him a possum for taking a breather is not really a big deal, and it is not disrespectful either, IMO
Anmyway, good luck Abas and Cejudo
HC haterz and the abas fans. Tell us all so we can judge for ourselves.
good luck in beijing.......
DONT LISTEN TO ANY OF THESE HATERZZZZZZZZZ....
IN A MINUTE IM GONNA AIR ABAS DIRTY LAUNDRY, AND ALL YOU "CARING" PARENTS WOULD NEVER SEND YUR KIDS TO AN ABAS CAMP EITHER.
ARE ANY OF YOU EVEN AWARE OF WHAT A POSSOM DOES? COULD IT BE THAT HE "PLAYED POSSOM" AND LOOKED HURT, THEN CAME OUT AND WRESTLED TOUGH? HENRY DID NOT EVEN MEAN TO DIS ABAS, HE WAS CALLING HIM "TOUGHER THAN HE LOOKED"
Bottom line, Henry wasn't there to make friends and have a fan club on the internet, he was there to win, he is backed up by an Iowa legend who was hell bent at doing the same during his tenure and obviously it's rubbing off. He was there for war, so congratulate him on his victory and don't address what he should and shouldn't say unless you can earn his seat.
a few more years and he could be head coach at a d1 school. I think he'll continue to be great.
loved the emotion after the victory. very motivational. god bless henry and abbas
Cejudo, you better take it to the top... Statistics
his match in the semi's he took a long injury time out and stood up and took the national champ right down for the win and onto throwing shirts in the crowd. Then his first match in the finals he was waving his finger at his opponent and standing up and sticking his leg out, mocking and not respecting his opponent. his actions show that he was playing and gonna walk thru the finals. maybe just a lil too overconfident. It happens to the best athletes mike tyson vs. buster douglas comes to mind
I volunteer, free of charge.
To the chump who told Abas to pick a partner...
