I doubt that ALL they did was run up a hill. My guess is that there were mupltiple training sessions...NOT just cog running.
It just so happens that that was one aspect FloWrestling chose to show. But hey, whatever.

Hawkeye Fan, who said im hating....you can sense the disappointment watching the interviews with the coaches, and notice there are no interviews with zadick and cejudo....maybe its time we focus more on technique and less on who can sprint the fastest up a mountain.

RUWrestling maybe you should stop hating. Brands cant go out their and wrestle for them. No matter how well you prepare someone THEY still have to go out and perform. It is what makes wrestling exciting.

Terribly disappointing opening for US freestyle team, especially Zadick, reigning world silver medalist...all this prep turned into a lot of talk.

The world championships are fleeting. The preparation is done and the time is now to perform. It is 6:51 Am and Henry Cejudo and Mike Zadick have just entered the Event Center.
