The USA wrestling team likes to go in before the rest of the world comes to the mats. They get up early and head to the workout facility. Things are pretty loose and relaxed with the training partners but with real focused and short times with the World Team Members.

Bio:	Doug Schwab was a 3x All American for the Iowa Hawkeyes. In 1999 his sophomore year he was crowned NCAA champion. After college he became an assistant to Tom Brands. He went with Brands to Virginia Tech and followed him here at Iowa where he continues to work with his old team. In the 2007 World Trials he pulled off the upset of the tournament by going through every opponent to become the USA representative in the 2007 World Championships.
