Ken Cook : Speakers & Interviews

(The damn thing just posted and I wasn't done with my story)

Anyway she asked me, "How do you think he'll do in the finals?"
"Oh, Ben Askren will kill him. Maybe a tech fall but at least a major decision"
She took her program and hit me on the head with it.
Then her husband and my father let me know that she was Kenneth's mom and like many times in my life I was the butt of a good laugh.

At the 2007 NCAA's I was sitting next to Ken's mom and dad but I wasn't really aware of it yet. His mom starting talking to my dad and asked if I was a wrestler and if I wrestled anywhere.
"No, he wrestled in high school and loved it but decided not to wrestle in college. He follows Division I wrestling closer than anybody I know though, he writes for thewrestlingmall.com"
She leans down to me from the seat above and says, "Hey, do you know who Kenneth Cook is?"
I look at her and say, "yeah, UC Davis"
"How do you think he'll do?"
I picked up my prediction sheet that I had made the night before or sometime before then and showed it to her.
"I got Kenneth having an upset in the semi's and making the finals"
"You think Kenneth will make the finals?", She asked me with a very enthusiastic tone
"oh yeah", I said

Kenneth is sick-nasty.
