Penn State is building a powerhouse with who they have and who they have coming in. I expect that Ruth will redshirt with Taylor and then they get the Altons coming in after this year. Are both Ruth and Wright at 174 heading into the season?

I'm from Ohio and now live in Michigan and I would love to see a re-match between Phillips and Ruth, but that will probably never happen. Phillips has stated he expects to wrestle at 165 in college and his normal weight is about 173 - so he's not cutting any weight to speak of while in HS and he still has 2 years of HS wrestling to finish up.

AC,
Seriously, quit representing California with your absurd comments on Flo. This is flat the great site in the history of mankind bc it FEATURES the sport's elite. These are sick scrambles from big guys. You know better than this! 180s rollin' all over the mat in effortless style? That's a dream come true!

When we gonna see Flo shirts though?

Those were some ridiculous scrambles for a big guy. I would have never had the balz to put myself on my back to try them, but I guess the kid knows what he's doing. Wish I could see the full match. The Penn guy looks disinterested in the match and not really trying. That could be the reason for the successful scrambles too. Almost as fun as watching the Russian Nationals and their crazy azz throws.

first of all tool these guys are not lightweights and they move that way. my thought is chris phillips could go with these guys maybe not win but he is a junior in high school and that alone says alot.
