Underhook Neck WrenchDecember 31, 2069 Umbehauer shows the details of how he puts pressure on his opponent with his Underhook series. The Underhook he gets he extends his opponent. The Underhook has more of an emphasis on the elbow than on the shoulder. This extension will give you an opening for a High Inside Single and a front headlock.
