that double-tricep tie-up won't work. against "the best" guys, that half second it takes you to get your hand inside the crotch will be the half-second it takes him to counter. other than that it was alright.
what is better a better tie up?

If there was ever a natural coach you are looking at him now, a mat side doctor who has excellent mat side presence, one whose teaching style flows with the rhythm of the moves. Coach Krause teaches wrestling technique that a young wrestler can use to build a strategy he can use over the years.

Swisher step - gets you to turn the corner: your trail leg goes from straight when you take your shot makes a wiper motion and bury your toe and drive off.

This is Gable stuff. IT WORKS!!

Mike thats some great stuff. All to often I see kids change off from a hi-c to a double and NOT take the few steps. Thats some pretty fast hand fighting skills! I thought the camera skipped but it didnt! Keep up the intensity.
