#21	DK November 18 at 11:09pm If anyone here wrestled metcalf let me know. Lister had decent instincts and a hard approach he probably got frustrated like im sure we've all done. Metcalf is relentless hes looking for a takedown in every position he gets in, thats what makes him so good. Its hilarious how he picks him up by the opposite arm when lister was hold in onto a leg haha.

Justin, i hope you read this and quit your wrestling career, if you're gonna do that , go to MMA because we're trying to win GOLD medals at the olympics, not do pu$$y pushes and stalls.

College fans across the nation had to wait an extra year to see his return because he transfered to Iowa and was denied his freshman season by his former school. In 2008 he won the 149lb National Championship and was named the Dan Hodge Trophy winner.
