College fans across the nation had to wait an extra year to see his return because he transfered to Iowa and was denied his freshman season by his former school. In 2008 he won the 149lb National Championship and was named the Dan Hodge Trophy winner. |

These lifts are not harming them in any way because they are not bending their backs or lifting it wrong, they are throwing around heavy weight not only focusing on a specific muscle group, but to make it more total body orientated. These type of workouts get your heart rate up much higher than a standard lift idiots, thats why they do them.
