It appears the team is loaded with talent this year, lets stay healthy and crack the top 10 and bring home some National Champions!!!!!!

Good interviews, it is great to see a talented coach with such a good philosophy and at the same time be an overall great person..
However, I was surprised that Coach forgot to mention his wonderful wife who is also a coach at the university and could probably make it up those stairs faster.
Good Luck Team !!!!

It's encouraging to see that the Harvard guys do not have an easy going of it when it comes to a pre-wrestling workout. It was also good team spirit to see how they all ran up the final set one more time when the last guy came to running it. Good team spirit.

You must mean "Abdou" - from American Univ. the guy who almost knocked off Johhny Hendricks at NCAA's in his last year. "Abdou" finished third in NCAA's D1 that year.....one of the "best"... least known wrestlers around....a great workout partner for O'Conner, Jansen and the other guys around his weight

great now the smartest kids are becoming the toughest... This is not good for my c average kid, but the good thing is these guys know what it's like to work real hard and may hire him to drive their car or door their roof.

This is no ordinary stadium workout. The stops are wide long and high giving you a totally unique feel running up it. The Harvard team runs up it 37 times to get ready for the season.
