That is a great little workout. I imagine those two kids are good and that this program is good. Thanks for letting us see this. We will use it, and give credit to flow and Coach Hagerty!

there was a snow day in my school and we had to be done in 30 minutes one day and we only had varsity in the room si it was light, we had like 3 staions, 1 sectiion of the room was HARD drillin (basically hitting the move 100 percent) 2nd station was live, 3rd sessions was pull ups push ups and jump rope (any basic wrestling room work out kinda thing) we did each go for 2 minutes and there was about 5 minutes left and we ran up to the gym and ran sprints. what you guys think of that?
sounds really hard. LMAO

Yea   May 4 at 1:25pm
you can bungies with a handle on them and a waistband.and they were practicing freestyle/greco so a stand up wouldnt be needed here but if you were practicing for folkstyle you could do standups.

Outstanding drill session. How many hours does it take to be able to do a 30 minute workout properly?

In the second group of hand-fighting when they hit the takedowns, a nice addition would be to have the wrestler who gets taken down work up to a base and hit a stand-up. You could just add more time to each go

ok...so the coach is named Hagerty, "Special-K" is Hagery, and "G-Man" is Hagarty?
Keenan is coach Hagerty's son. G-man has no relation.

20 minute Workout Entire Workout

November 17, 2009
Blue Springs High School Head Coach Mike Hagerty explains that you can get a quality workout in with little time. In this video he breaks down how to do this effectively and how young wrestlers learn to do it themselves for the later years of High school and through college. Coach Hagerty demonstrates this workout with two of his wrestlers, Keenan (Special-K) Hagery and Greg (G-Man) Hagarty. Coach Hagerty gives a tutorial as the wrestlers perform the workout.
