In this video he breaks down how to do this effectively and how young wrestlers learn to do it themselves for the later years of High school and through college. Coach Hagerty demonstrates this workout with two of his wrestlers, Keenan (Special-K) Hagery and Greg (G-Man) Hagarty. Coach Hagerty gives a tutorial as the wrestlers perform the workout.

there was a snow day in my school and we had to be done in 30 minutes one day and we only had varsity in the room si it was light, we had like 3 staions, 1 sectiion of the room was HARD drillin (basically hitting the move 100 percent) 2nd station was live, 3rd sessions was pull ups push ups and jump rope (any basic wrestling room work out kinda thing) we did each go for 2 minutes and there was about 5 minutes left and we ran up to the gym and ran sprints. what you guys think of that?
ok...so the coach is named Hagerty, "Special-K" is Hagery, and "G-Man" is Hagarty?
