#13	Alex Batman about 6 hours ago. Agree, this initial slide-by (or "pass") is a great move in itself to get all the way behind a slower guy, or it is a good setup for another move. I used it a lot against top-level NCAA competition as a setup- I would hit the slide by just as Flo Jr taught, then drop straight down and grab an outside single leg. reply
#12	GWU August 20 at 1:22pm YOu dont have to do this move that fast our couch tought this to us and its worked out just great in my matches just have to make sure you grab his neck tight and you pop your hips in reply
