I'm sure it would work on you and your hips would be so flat the guy on bottom could just bull rush you to your back after the fact anyway, so what's the deal? Besides all that talk and his technique addresses your contention by throwing the laces off his back. Presto, up to neutral. It's a good move b/c it's constant motion. Sit on the bottom and you stay on the bottom, move and 90% of the time you're out. Look at the Iowa Ok St 184 match, Keddy gets an escape in less than one second b/c he forces the action. Same thing here. Good defense. I LOVED when guys threw in legs, it meant at least one if not two and some NF. reply

#7	This Wont Work January 20 at 8:46pm When you do this move your right arm right there to be chopped. I mean , look at 2:20, a good leg rider would figure four the legs and keep em in while chopping the arm, and boom, your back where you started from. reply

Matt Pell demonstrates some good leg defense while we were visiting the Virginia wrestling team.

But no one could have imagined that it would be Matt Pell. He suprised the whole country when he went on a pinning tear and pinned 4 wrestlers in route to a 3rd place individual and team finish.
