The Cavaliers go through one of their last workouts before heading out to the Virginia duals. Head coach Steve Garland explains the purpose of the "easy in hard out" workout and how it should be done.

But no one could have imagined that it would be Matt Pell. He suprised the whole country when he went on a pinning tear and pinned 4 wrestlers in route to a 3rd place individual and team finish.
