I like how he just blends in from one move to the next. He never just teaches one move it is one move and the transition that you must hit to be in place for the move after.

Front Headlock to a score to a trapped arm or tilt

May 14, 2009
Jeff Buxton starts this 5 minute technique section for the Front Headlock and keeping his arms short. He sets up an angle by putting pressure in and then uses the momentum of his opponent pushing back to pull him off his hands. The angle opening will give you an opportunity to spin behind. As you spin behind use an inside drag if available. One of the reasons for Jeff Buxton's success at Blair is his ability to get his kids to seamlessly transition from one move to the next. This inside drag will be the set up for the trap armed gut. Once you have the trapped arm gut you should be looking for a tech. This series is also applicable for Collegiate style.
