#1	Anonymous Coward December 2, 2008 at 5:32pm The last thing Frank mentioned was "McIlravy..." before the film cuts but as he was demonstrating this move, the first thought in my mind was seeing McIlravy using it to defeat Chris Bono in the NCAA Finals in OT in his senior year as well as against Abas some years back to claim another NCAA title. It proves one thing, IT WORKS! reply

Frank Popolizio shows a boot scoot. It is kinda similar to a low single. Key points are to get some pressure into you and post your hand on the mat. Once you have your hand posted you go for the boot scoot. Once you get a hold of your opponents leg make sure to "talk to the back of his knee" and come out the back end.
