I've witnessed ken on a couple of occasions with HS and younger kids. He does a great job of relating to them and getting his points across.

Ken Made it to the Olympics, Did you. I think not. Ken is great with the kids, very informitive and a great motivator. Wish we had more role models like him around.

Yeah right. If you ever sat down and picked his head, all he would do is hand you a brochure and tell you to pay money to come to his camp. OR he will tell you to buy his DVDs (which suck).
"Im tireless" "I was a 2-time un-defeated WV State Champion" What a self-satisfying jackass.
I guess all that shadow drilling got you a t-shirt at the Olympics instead of a medal.

Brandon Slay grew up in Texas. He ended up going to the University of Pennsylvania and was a runner up there. He then went on to win the 2000 Olympic Games.
