I had some of the same concerns about the mats on the floor that is why they are doubled up. The mats on the walls have some give in them. I have 2x2's running vertically. The kids safety came first and always comes first.

I'm sure that he could have the kids and their parents sign a liability waiver. Even if he doesn't charge the kids anything to use his facility to workout, he could still treat it as a sole proprietorship business and cover himself that way.

That looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen. If anything bad happens to a kid on his property... His intentions are good but I don't know if I'd do it because of that risk. He seems very professional though, and I'm sure he's considered all of this. I know a lot of people have mats in their basement, and hopefully all of them are responsible so kids can continue to have more places to work out.

Isn't the floor really hard..even though the mats are there and there is padding of some sort on the walls, it seems like it s really hard. Other than that, he has a super dea and looks like he loves doing what he does. Those guys got their WORKOUT. Bet they are tired when they got home. Thanks.

Brandon is a great guy and must have one hell of a wife to turn all that storage space into a wrestling room. Nice job man!
