The misdirect double can be defended pretty well with a strong square stance. When poppin' the single up into the finish with the ankle in your armpit, take a huge step with the outside leg, and step through with your inside leg and finish like a judo toss. You'll get 2 every time and in free you'll nail 3.

Roger Chandler is the Head Assistant at Michigan State. He was a 3x All-American and NCAA Runner-Up for Indiana University and he was a Ohio State Champ for St. Edward High School.
