8 am Morning PracticeSeptember 14, 2007 The USA wrestling team likes to go in before the rest of the world comes to the mats. They get up early and head to the workout facility. Things are pretty loose and relaxed with the training partners but with real focused and short times with the World Team Members.

Currently Tommy Rowlands is an assistant at the school and is training for 2008 Olympics in Beijing. |
