So now Contos is still at Iowa State working under Kevin Jackson now that Sanderson left to PSU...? Shawn seems like a great person and coach with some real intensity. Good addition with Jackson.

I remember a very young Coach Contos as "Spidey" and making wrestling moves to the theme song from Rocky. awesome young man...awesome!!

Congrats on the move to Iowa State, SC is a great addition to the Cyclones, and he's the first 4 time City League champ, trust me, I know. Keep up the good work.

Taylor and cubberly both worked out with contos from march through august sometime Steiber was in on the fun at eastwood

yea thts him i heard he was supost to coach at central michigan but sanderson snacthd him up and he couldnt turn down the offer i think he was also on of the factor y david taylor is goin there.. he also wrk with taylor

I coached with Shawn for a couple years at Eastwood HS, and I can tell you this guy is intense and absolute great teacher. I learned a ton from just being around him that I am taking with me as I further my career. Congrats Shawn and Congrats Iowa State for this great addition.
