from what i heard, scottie sentes is the freshman wrestler and i think he was up 5-0 toward the end of the third, and with 30 seconds left he got funked and was pinned.

I just thought that the announcer did a great job capturing the action. That could have constituted great audio-only coverage.

It was one hell of a scramble off an opponents shot that led to 2 points which is a takedown. That is when the referee holds up two fingers in a flipping motion that signals the scoring table to award two points for the takedown. A takedown is when a wrestler assumes control over his opponent from a neutral position. Shad I break it down for you further Byron? By the way it was the takedown of the week. Very exciting to watch. What a sport!

I have a hard time believing that anyone thinks that this is the takedown of the week (except Iowa Haters)
