JP looked outstanding. He hit that double off the 2 on 1 when Sanderson was posting on his head just like you're supposed to do. That's a hard technique to make work especially on such a solid opponent but he hit it perfectly and finished with ease.

I see him as a finalist this year. It's hard to pick against my region 8 homeboy Burroughs in the finals though.

O'Connor delivers a masterclass on folkstyle controlled tempo wrestling anchored to a gritty determination. He starts with a well executed double leg off a two on one; continues with pounding rides with a fair amount of very intense scrambling; explodes for a nice escape; but to deliver complete domination he finishes with a well executed last second takedown. O'Connor has always been a slick, very smart wrestler, but now he looks physically stronger and more determined. Great job J.P. against a very good opponent.
