- See Less -Kerry McCoy out of New York got addicted to wrestling from the moment he started his first practice. He wasn't short on talent and by the end of his sophomore year he began having success on the national level. He won a state title in New York and went to Penn State University.
At Penn State Kerry McCoy turned the corner at the end of his freshman year. He bumped up to heavy weight and exploded on the scene his sophomore year. He won the NCAA tournament in 1994 and 1997 and that was only the beginning. He continued on and went to the Olympics in 2000 and 2004. Kerry McCoy was on numerous World Teams and had incredible success throughout his career.
