Yep!!!   November 1 at 9:01pm
1. Mavlet's Single from the elbow (as well as his 45% angle head positioning)
2. Mavlet's Underhook Cut-Back (7:58) with his arm behind the near knee (like he did to Gallick)
3. AND... Even the way Mavlet wipes his hand on his back during matches (6:20)! Haha! Sick
--> Coleman's double is Dirty

I like this kind of a workout. I feel like you have to be at a certain level before you can really get a good workout this way though. Trying to get athletes to work this stuff can be challenging. A lot of athletes have learned through the step 1,2,3,4...approach. Getting guys to feel their way through various situations, rather than drilling A, B and C, is important to developing high level wrestlers and teams.

This was so intriguing. I know I saw it before, but somehow it amazed me even more now. Wish the moves could be explained frame by frame for some of us newbies. Thanks for all the effort put into the site.

OSU will take a few years to get back to the glory days. When they do, I can wait til Iowa and OSU go at it in a dual.

Really cool video. Get a video up of someone explaining that throw that they are working on at about the 3:50 point. Jamil Kelly used that and was awesome. I want to hear it explained.

coleman's stance doesn't look that good, but his position right before and during a scramble is good. It's like he uses that poor stance as a setup to counter a shot. This reminds me of a video of smith and shultz sparring at a world cup match.

This is the best video of just "flo"ing through moves and so much technique is exposed in such little time.............incredible.

There is no way these guys could be wearing wrestling shorts during that workout. The way the sweat was pouring off them, they would have been slipping and sliding through every move. On another topic, it doesn't seem like the mat is thick enough for the hard slamming they did to each other.
It was refreshing to watch most of the video without any comments or music. It made me focus totally of their maneuvers. Thanks.

One would believe that the assistant wrestling coach at Oklahoma State University would be able to afford a decent pair of wrestling shorts instead of going Payne Stewart on us.
