+ See More - See Less -Eric Guerrero expected a lot out of himself early and it showed. He became a three time California state champion in high school. Even with this success, Guerrero never compared himself to his peers but, instead, worked to get better. In college, Guerrero became a three time NCAA champion at Oklahoma State, and, again, he never compared himself to his peers. Always working for more, Eric Guerrero became an Olympian, fulfilling part of his dreams as a child.
Although Guerrero suffered narrow defeats in the Olympics, he will always be revered as an amazing competitor.
Eric Guerrero now channels his energies into coaching. He has helped lead Oklahoma State to the last four NCAA team championships.
2. Remember your history. Sometimes the best move to teach is the one that hasn't been seen for fourty years.....Lateral Drop, double bar arm
Well lets see here bright one. Let me go to Selma, make a high school coaches salary which those of us who have coached know is peanuts or stay with a university make even lets say on the low end of 25,000 a year, plus the camps and benifits that boosters offer.
Yeah he is not making anything better at OSU huh?
Idiot.......
Don't know why im responding to such a D**k
listen to em talk
Eric maybe could have done more for the program, but he has a family to worry about himself. And he needs to worry about them first.
As for Eric taking the selma job, they have a coach who is already doing very well for the program. Plus why leave a job at one of the nations most successful programs to coach a high school program that will pay you a fraction of what you make now.
Overall Eric is a great represenative of California and Central Valley wrestling.
