lol jared frayer was gunna be the assistant coach at my highschool before he acepted the job at iowa thats what he means by couldnt put it together...my school had a hard time finding him a teacher job.

I am sure Brands brought Frayer in revamp Iowa's whole stlye of wrestling and training. Since it was not working last year.

frayer is more dynamic and will be bringing a new style to Iowa, very aggressive style mixed with good shots and tough on top. they will not be typical iowa anymore, and nobody will have to complain about their weightlifting anymore

They split matches one year at the NCAA'S. They also were in the finals of Junior Nationals (Fargo)

I wonder how Za and Frayer get a along these days. Back in the day, they had a few "heated" battles. I think everyone remembers the ole ahead 10-0, losing 21-19 match.
