Their form in the weight room is better than Iowa's. I went to the Wyoming camp last year and really wasn't impressed with their program

a great video, showing a lot of training, especially wrestling specific exercises. The guys seem well trained, ready for the mat! I will repeat a comment from a friend below about warm up before weights; it is vital to do proper warm up before weight training....

Wow, these guys use perfect form. I like Iowa's "get the weight up anyway you can" philosophy, but this seems a lot safer.

Was it just me...I was noticing how some of the weight lifters had good spotters
while others didn't have any spotters. Isn't it mandatory to have attentive spotters? Otherwise, video showed alot of good training. Thanks.

First team I have seen on here that warm up properly. Also, I saw them doing Olympic lifts and some assistance exercises. Olympic lifting and its assistance exercises are the safest form of lifting by far. A lot of teams need to wake up and hire strength and conditioning coaches like this guy.

remember who the new coach is... Mr. Branch. From what I know about him, he is a serious competitor and his training ground was under the legend of Mr. John Smith. I don't know what training method this is, but it might be let's see how far we can push, remeber this is a video, I always wonder what the real time of the workout is?
