Great technique, but when you are turning the guy's hips over, you MUST control his head. if his hips are turned and his torso is free including his head, whats to stop him from turning away from you and getting his hips over to reverse you and have his OWNS legs in automatically. if his hips are turned to the right he may circle his torso left and sit up and get a reversal. Stay on the head at all times.

THIS TECHNIQUE IS AMONG MY FAVORITES AND I AM USING IT VERY OFTEN......
I LIKE APPLYING IT IN A SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT WAY, SECURING MY OPPONENT ON THE NEAR FALL POSITION, AND STRETCHING HIS BACK AND NECK TO PAIN, BEFORE THE FALL.......
TRY GRASPING THE HAND HOLDING THE HEAD WITH THE HAND HOLDING THE FOOT TOGETHER. YOUR OPPONENT WILL BE TRAPPED IN A PAINFUL AND DIFFICULT TO ESCAPE POSITION, WITH THE FALL BEING THE ONLY ...WAY OUT.
ANY EXPERIENCES WITH THAT HOLD?

Re: Rocker Will...I heard they have these little "disc" type things too. It's round like a record, but there's no needle. Freaky space-aged stuff, man!!! I think they call them compact discs or something.

My only question is how will you put it in your Sony Walkman???

Are you kidding LOL? My coach played freakin' Neil Diamond everyday at our practices, or old Journey, and I got killed. But one day he played Kiss and I started pounding everybody. I coulda gone .500 with Def Leppard and probably qualified for Nationals if he busted out some Judas Priest :). If you're gonna play music in practice you gotta ROCK!

Great job Mark! Notice he did not spend any time talking about how much he punishes a guy from there. Too many young guys concentrating on causing pain instead of working technique.
