If you shot on Greene he would cradle you up in a heartbeat. You can start talking after you become a two-time All-American like Stan. reply

#36	G May 7, 2008 at 9:21am When I went to one of Abas' camps years ago while he was just out of college, he was wrestling live with some of the kids at the camp. I was amazed when a kid shot on a low single on Abas, and Abas literally did a front flip over the (high school) kid, landed behind him, turned around, and got the 2 point takedown. Abas has been doing this type of stuff for years. reply

Here, how about try this warm up routine: Stretch, run, stretch, more running. Believe it or not, it works. reply

He is a different breed of wrestler. His wrestling style and personality blended to make a cocky, creative, and vicious competitor. Abas redefined the possibilities in the wrestling world with his amazing acrobatic moves, which frustrated and embarrassed his opponents. His arrogant composure only compounded their frustration. Consistent with his unique style, Stephan Abas went on to wrestle at Fresno State, away from the typical Midwest power house schools. On his journey he became a four-time All-American and three time NCAA Champion. After college he dominated the freestyle national circuit and became an Olympian. Abas won silver in the Athens 2004 Olympics.
